This was my first time experiencing Spot Prawns. They were PERFECT! I had some raw - yes the luscious heads and all. Some I boiled briskly with heavily altered water and adorned them with freshly squeezed lemon juice. I cherish the sea flavor and therefore need no other flavors on seafood. Thank You!
I also LOVED the Percebes - not my first time having these. I simply steamed them in heavily salted water very briefly and then adorned them with the fresh lemon juice. So Delicious and beautiful and I have such respect for the harvesters! I so look forward to having them again SOON from Four Star. I so appreciate you Four Star for having them available for me. The shrimp delivered was still quite fresh and live! Enjoyed half raw with soy sauce and saved the heads and tail to deep fry as a snack! Also steamed half of the remaining shrimps. In the end, the favorite way to enjoy was raw. It was very sweet!
