We have a dedicated customer service person in house from 7am-5pm. Call us at 415.379.0936 (or contact us at info@fourstarseafood.com). Our chefs are here as well to share all their knowledge (usually we are here til 3pm). We also answer the chat messages as soon as we can (even after hours!).

All of San Francisco, Southern Marin to San Rafael, Berkeley/Oakland through Danville, Napa, Sonoma, Daly City through San Jose/Campbell. See our shipping zones if you're outside of our delivery area.
Orders in by 9am will receive same-day delivery in San Francisco. After 9am it will go out next-day. Order by 3am outside of San Francisco (within our SF Bay Area Delivery zone) for same-day delivery.
We are delivering Monday to Saturday.
Pick up at 1315 EGBERT AVE. SAN FRANCISCO, CA between the hours of 11AM-3PM.
FedEx overnight shipping is available for outside of our delivery zones to all California for a flat rate of $75. Check our shipping zones.
FedEx overnight shipping is also available at a flat-rate of $125 to all of the U.S.
FedEdx Ground is available if you are ordering only non-perishable items at a flat-rate of $50.
Frozen items are not available for overnight shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING ONLY MON-WED FOR TUES-THURS DELIVERY.
We can pick them up on your next order! You can leave them on the porch or in a designated area. Send us a note when you order next, and we can give instructions to the driver.
If the gel packs are taking up too much space, the contents inside are totally safe to be poured down the sink, and the plastic can be recycled as well!
We are actively working to come up with more environmental solutions for packaging. We now have completely compostable boxes and insulation!
Orders of $100 or more in San Francisco and $150 outside of San Francisco within our Bay Area delivery zone qualify for free delivery. You can also pick up your order in-person at our warehouse located at 1315 Egbert Ave, San Francisco 94124 between 11 am - 3 pm Tuesday through Saturday.
Most deliveries in San Francisco and the Bay Area arrive at their destinations between 1:30-4:30pm.
If you live in the outer districts of the Bay Area, you should expect your order to arrive between 3pm-5pm.
Orders to San Francisco and most Bay Area locations are delivered by our partner Bentocart. You'll receive tracking information via email by 12:30 pm. Once your delivery truck leaves their warehouse, BC Logistics sends text and email notifications with a tracking link to follow your order's progress and estimated arrival time.
Orders delivered to Napa or Sonoma are sent via our own delivery trucks with no tracking. If you live in these areas, please email us here for tracking after 12:30 pm and our customer service team will reply with that info.
If your order has not yet left the warehouse, we can of course add any additional items you need!

We are committed to providing $0 delivery fees on orders over $100 within San Francisco and $150 within our Bay Area delivery zones. We add this separate $7.50 handling charge to help us cover the operational costs associated with your orders: including the compostable box, insulating materials, & gel packs as well as fuel costs. This also enables us to further develop our sustainable packaging program.
For in-person pickups at our warehouse in SF, we can refund the $7.50 handling fee if you bring your own packaging and don't need our box or insulation. Just let our customer service team know when you arrive. The refund will be processed that day and may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
