Porcini Mushrooms - 1/2 lb

Nutty, Earthy, and one of the meatiest mushrooms you can find.  This was a particularly rough year for Porcinis due to the lack of rain and relatively warm winter.  It is truly a seasonal specialty, and we should cherish these delicious treats while they are around.  Beautiful in pasta, dried, or roasted alongside rich cuts of meat or fish.
