I'm not sure if it's because it was previously frozen or because it's so "artisanal" that we are unable to enjoy it, but the reality is that neither my spouse nor I enjoyed eating this salmon.
It's not the case that is bad, but it was dry, too salty, and lacking that creamy texture and subtle smokiness that makes a good smoke salmon good.
We both arrived to the same conclusion separately and commented it during dinner. We eat salmon almost daily, usually bought in WF and others, wild and farmed.
