This stunning Balsamic Vinegar is produced in Modena using strict traditional methods. The must from Modena grapes is first cooked over an open fire where it is then allowed to ferment for 25 years in wooden barrels! Wonderful to use as a finishing vinegar, we love the way it pairs with roasted and grilled meats, fruits, and cheeses.
Each numbered bottle has a gold foil neck
which is the Consorzio Seal of Guarantee. This vinegar is
both DOP. (Donominazione di Origine Protetta) and DOC
(Denominazione di Origine Controllata) certified.
