For a warm and cozy night, stir the super fresh salmon burger into congee and add ginger and scallion to taste, dinner in no time!

Mmmm. Salmon hash. Tasty and a single burger makes 4 servings.

These are about as far as you can get away from those pre-formed, tasteless salmon patties others sell. What you get is a container of fresh red salmon chunks that you can mix with your own egg, bread crumbs, grated onions and seasonings. One container makes two generous-sized burgers. Fabulous!

I was surprised at the very generous portion of the Salmon burger. Great with home made Tartar sauce. I will order again

Great for salmon burgers and cakes.

Served these at a BBQ I hosted for two non meat eating friends. I mixed the pure salmon with a small amount of panko and seasoned with smoked salt and black pepper. I chilled them in the freezer for about 20 minutes. I grilled them on the veggie tray on the barbecue and they turned out perfectly. My friends said they were delicious and ate the entire gigantic salmon burger. I served them on brioche hamburger buns. I will definitely purchases again and make them for myself...

These are the best! Have added a little chopped shallot, capers, dijon and did a light coating of the Four Star Seafood panko, then cooked briefly in light butter. Served on the Acme roll. Incredible!

Ultra fresh & delicious! Easy prep: pan sear in grapeseed oil, season with toasted sesame oil, soy, and Japanese rice seasoning.
Christine S.
Very fresh - paired with ikura on top of chirashi rice. Was imagining the salmon to be in more jewel-like chunks as in the picture but it was more ground into a mince. Still fresh and tasty.

Wow! Dusted each burger side with salt, pepper and freeze dried dill. Sautéed some chopped capers and shallots in ghee and olive oil and then seared the burger 4 min per side. Absolutely perfect and no need to add any fillers or binders. Super tender and delicious over a bed of lightly dressed arugula.
Ellen R.
Fabulous as usual! Just add chopped shallots, Dijon mustard, capers & a bit of panko! Salt & pepper- delicious!!!!

This is my second order. I love this site! This is some of the best seafood I have ever had. I am extremely fussy when it comes to fresh seafood. I grew up spending summers on Vancouver Island and on an island off the coast of Maine. I love fresh seafood. Salmon, tuna, halibut, sole have all been mouth watering! Looking forward to my next order.

Simply the best! So fresh and delicious! Just added a bit of Dijon mustard, capers, shallots & tiny bit of panko- pan sautéed 2-3 minutes per side!

My family loves these! It's plain salmon, so we mix three of the 8oz portions with spices and panko to make our own burgers (we usually get 5-6 good size patties). We've been pan frying them for a quick and delicious dinner.

These were super and we will definitely order again. I served simply,
seared on the outside and med rare on the inside, remoulade on the
top, and they were tender and juicy and lovely with just a big salad
on the side.
