6oz ea (size of each individual burger). These burgers are handmade by our chefs and individually quick frozen for freshness. They are delivered to you on dry ice (please handle with care and place in freezer upon opening). Allow enough time to defrost before cooking.
Cooking Tips & Instructions:
For best results, pan sear the frozen salmon burgers on medium-high heat. Heat a little oil in a non-stick skillet and cook the burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Alternatively, bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Chef's Cooking Note:
While grilling is a popular cooking method, these 100% pure salmon burgers can be delicate and may fall apart on the grill. To maintain their structure for grilling, consider incorporating a small amount of binding ingredients such as panko breadcrumbs or an egg to the salmon mixture. This will help keep the burgers intact and make grilling a more viable option.
