Ramps (Wild Leeks) - lb

It's that time again!  We look forward to ramp season all year. With a flavor somewhere in between garlic, leeks, and shallots, this uniquely pungent member of the allium family has been all the rage with chefs over the past few years.  Pan-fry in bacon fat and serve them alongside eggs, Pickle them, or roast them along with fish and poultry.  Don't forget to utilize these tasty greens!
