Delicious and so simple to cook up for a healthy meal. I rinse the salmon, pat dry, place on parchment, add a pat of butter, salt, pepper, capers, dill weed, fresh squeeze of lemon, then wrap it up like a present. Bake on a sheet 375 degrees 20 min. Unwrap and serve with quinoa and sautéd spinach. Perfect!

I purchased four ora king salmon fillets, and they were AMAZING. I placed the fillets in a glass bowl with dill, lemon slices, and chicken broth and baked them in the oven. The result was a tender and moist salmon that was to die for. I highly recommend you try the ora king salmon - you will not be disappointed.

We heat our Traeger smoker to 450 degrees. Put chopped garlic mixed w 1 tbs butter on each of the fillets, put them on parchment on a cookie tray and cook for exactly 10 minutes. Never fails!

It was our first time buying sushi grade fish from here and it did not disappoint! We got a variety and the King salmon was the standout for sure. Although it had skin on, it wasn't hard to remove it. The fish was buttery and it had a pleasant fragrant (not the fishy kind) that made me feel like I was eating fresh catch on a boat. I would say that this particular fish tops the best I've had while living in Vancouver. Will definitely repurchase in the future when the craving hits.

we ordered 8 ora salmon filets, requested they be same size and look EXACTLY ALIKE AS THIS WAS truly a formal dinner party (remember those) WE HAD ALL THE STERLING CRYSTAL (BACCARAT) AND CHINA OUT, EVEN THE SHEFFIELD VINTAGE FISH KNIVES AND FORKS. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY SUPERB, SO FRESH, SO EASY TO WATCH (11 MINUTES IN THE POACHER) WHAT CAN I SAY THE GUESTS ALL FELL TO THE FLOOR AND BEAT THEIR CHESTS. Even though I slightly burned the smashed pecans, the salmon was delicious. Truth is Ora salmon needs nothing but salt & pepper, pop in the oven, on the grill or in the sauté pan. Absolutely succulent!! Best salmon I've ever had!!!!

Stock up on the Ora King salmon! It is so versatile. It is great for sashimi and salmon skin rolls the day of delivery, or pop them in the freezer for another day, and then then lightly char them over a charcoal grill (pictured).

the Ora cut salmon has become a true favorite in our home, served more than once at dinner parties. The consistency of the cut, the shape of the fish allow for a beautiful presentation. We steam the salmon above a broth of white wine, water, lemon juice and aromatic herbs. Bring to boil let it calm, simmer place salmon in steamer basket (I leave skin on easier to handle and remove before serving) 6 minutes perfection
