O-Med Chardonnay Vinegar is a golden Spanish vinegar made from chardonnay grapes grown in Lérida, Spain, and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Crafted using the traditional Schützenbach method, it transforms alcohol into acid while preserving the grape’s natural aromatic complexity. The result is a vinegar with soft acidity, subtle sweetness, and layered character — perfect for marinating fish, dressing carpaccio, pickling, or adding brightness to vegetables and salads.
Ingredients: chardonnay white wine vinegar, concentrated grape must. Contains sulphites (naturally occurring).
