All of the clams were alive and happily stretching and moving when I purged them. They're much larger than I expected. Steamed with wine and herbs and made pasta. Next time will want to try baking them

Did a combo of the Mahogany and Manila clam in white wine garlic sauce. It was simple and delicious. 2lb was 13 Mahogany clams. The Mahogany were meatier and Manila were sweet like expected. In the 4lbs of clams ordered only 2 dead Manila clams.
