Put on a homemade meat rub (brown sugar, s&p, chilis, cumin, coriander) and let it sit in frig. Then added chili oil and bbq'd. These lamb chops were incredibly tender and flavorful. Quick cook on bbq. Served with roasted potatoes. Delicious!

I rubbed them with an herb blend, seared and sautéed them and finished them with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar reduction.
