These highest quality bone in thick cut Porterhouse chops give you the best of both worlds: rich and fatty loin along with succulent and tender tenderloin. Two chops per order. 

We love the way these cook up in a pan and how easy they are to prepare. Wet brine with Japanese liquid shio koji, water, salt and sugar for a day and then dry brine with Japanese togarashi or Cali jerk spice before grilling.
