Beautiful cut; great over the grill. Definitely highly recommended.

Brined them for 48hours and then grilled. Finished with olive oil and sea salt. Just excellent - juicy and flavorful!

Absolutely delicious, huge pork chops, here sautéed and sauced with sliced leeks, sage leaves, butter and apricot preserves, with a side of green beans and radishes.

Great tasting pork! Brined for 36 hours, cooked sous vide at 136 degrees for 2.5 hours then gave it some color in a cast iron pan on high heat. Juicy and flavorful. Next time i’d try without brining as i don’t think that step was necessary.

Delightful chop with maple mustard glaze. Truly the best pork chop I’ve ever had.

Just a few minutes on either side on the barbecue. turned out tender and juicy.

These were surely the best pork chops I’ve ever eaten. I’ll definitely be ordering them again. Succulent.

This is absolutely one of the best purveyors of fine food. Highly recommended.

These pork chops marinated in soy and Worcester are fabulous.

We love these pork chops! I’ve never had a porterhouse pork chop before four star, and I’m never going back. Great quality, and not the kind of cut you can find at your grocery store. We grill them, or cook them in a cast iron skillet paired with whatever delicious produce came in our four star produce box (cauliflower and carrots in this case).
