An orange variety, often sold as "sunshine kabocha", features a vibrant orange exterior and exceptionally sweet, flavorful flesh. Other kabocha varieties, such as the common green-skinned one, also have a bright, yellow-orange flesh inside.
Each squash is about 3.8 - 4 lbs.
