The burgers are frozen for your convenience, ensuring a quick and easy gourmet meal at home. They arrive frozen on dry ice, so please handle with care upon opening.

Cooking Tips & Instructions:

  • Salmon Burgers: For best results, pan sear the frozen salmon burgers on medium-high heat. Heat a little oil in a non-stick skillet and cook the burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Alternatively, bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Shrimp Burgers: Cook the frozen shrimp burgers for about 4 minutes on each side. Coat both sides of the shrimp burger liberally with a light cooking oil such as olive, safflower, canola, or sunflower oil to enhance surface browning. A non-stick cooking surface is also recommended. Use approximately ½ teaspoon of oil brushed on each side for best results.

Chef's Cooking Note:

While grilling is a popular cooking method, these 100% pure shrimp and salmon burgers can be delicate and may fall apart on the grill. To maintain their structure for grilling, consider incorporating a small amount of binding ingredients such as panko breadcrumbs or an egg to the shrimp or salmon burger mixture. This will help keep the burgers intact and make grilling a more viable option, although we recommend the methods noted above for optimal results.
