Essential with the caviar service

I wasn’t happy with the quality of the chives. They looked pretty beaten up. Was disappointed.

So flavorful! Used them to garnish potato-leek soup and baked potatoes. Very tasty!

These chives are fantastic! Rinsed and cut, dressed with burrata, EVOO, and a little balsamic made such a delicious salad. Enjoy them while they are in season.
