The Blue Devil Oyster is one hellacious morsel of sinful pleasure. It has a nice deep cup that bursts with a salty start. Their meat is incredibly clean with cooling hints of cantaloupe and cucumber embracing the tongue and laced with continuing notes of salt that wisp by colder than a whipping northern wind on the finish.
