Pea Greens (Organic) - 1 lb

We rarely find these but they are so good! Lightly blanched then stir-fried with garlic oil...yum!

Pea shoots with skate. I braised the pea shoots (about 3-4 min) in scallop sauce.

Simply sautéed with garlic.
