starting with the fully shelled dinginess crab in a louie dressing and stuffed into avocado halves whilst sipping a fine french chablis rose....our palate was ready to adjourn to the living room, pour a fine vintage verve clique into baccarat flutes and ring in the new imbibing in the caviar lathered on the best blinis ever.

Freshest crabmeat ever, and it’s great with just a squeeze of lemon and cocktail sauce, but I like to make these deviled crab mini cornbread muffins for guests, and they loved them!

I was in the mood for some seafood so I ordered albacore tuna and crabmeat from Fourstar Seafood. It came the next day and I prepared the crabmeat by simply letting it come to room temperature and melting some butter. We sat outside in the cool evening and with a little wine had a wonderful seafood experience. This is going to become a regular event :-).
