These blossoms are added to aging barrels of white shoyu and matured for an additional year, imparting a subtle floral aroma, soft pink hue, and gently complex finish. Crafted by shoyu masters to honor the fleeting beauty of the sakura, this rare seasoning brings elegance and depth to delicate dishes, sashimi, dressings, and seasonal vegetables.
