I'm experimenting with recipes to add more seaweed to my diet. People in coastal blue zones harvest which is my inspiration. I'm researching how various areas, not just in Japan, use it and I'm having fun pushing the envelope and adding it to crazy things, non traditional things, or maybe they are traditional but have been forgotten. I like the texture of this one after I soak it. I can chop it into very nice small pieces. LOVE the color!
