These squab are one of our favorite game birds. These have been raised at Squab Producers in Modesto, CA. The meat is tender and juicy, with the perfect amount of earthy gaminess. We enjoy roasting these birds whole, or breaking them down and roasting the legs and breasts separately. Each squab is about 1lb.
