Duck Legs (Moulard, 2-pack)


These Moulard ducks are raised cage-free, in open barns, with no added antibiotics or growth hormones to produce legs with exceptional flavor. Roasted, cooked confit or braised these are a true culinary delight.

Cooking Details: 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 and cook until the skin is crispy
  • Then lower to 325 for approximately 45 minutes or until fork tender and golden brown
