Excellent with the fat rendered off of about 15g slanina. Added some tree oyster, consumed the fatty part of cured pork while it was cooking, and paired with the rest

The larger morels are less gritty, and were ready to cook after rinsing about five times. Sauteed with butter, then topped with seared scallops. Excellent with the Brisset Gevrey Chambertin 1er

These are the first morels I had all year and what a treat! I would’ve given these five stars had they been a little fresher and less dried out. Still tasted good simply sautéed in duck fat.
