As always in the past, the flavor was good. however, as i the past I requested I be sent the salmon uncut; delivered in the 12 oz pieces. Unfortunately, they were cut in half and that kept me form presenting and serving the salmon to my guests in the manner I planned. Very disappointing.

i bought a few packs of the wild local king salmon and it was one of the best purchases i have made in a while. The salmon is so fresh, I kept picking at it while cooking that I barely had any flesh left when it was time to really eat. The picture doesn't look as good as I would like but I cooked the salmon with butter and miso. So good if you haven't tried. I will be coming back for more salmon.
