Made from just anchovies, salt, and sugar, this fish sauce is aged for two years, then matured for an additional 12 months in Japanese whisky barrels. The result is a deeply savory yet mellow condiment with layered umami and a soft, whisky-kissed sweetness. Use it to add complexity to dressings, marinades, or roasted vegetables—we love it whisked with lime, garlic, chili, and herbs for a bold vinaigrette.
