Anderson Lamb Loin Chops - 4ea

These lamb chops were so tasty! Just rosemary and garlic is good enough.

Put on a homemade meat rub (brown sugar, s&p, chilis, cumin, coriander) and let it sit in frig. Then added chili oil and bbq'd. These lamb chops were incredibly tender and flavorful. Quick cook on bbq. Served with roasted potatoes. Delicious!

I was scared to eat lamb chops. Heard they tasted gamey. Wrong! They were absolutely delicious. So fresh and tasty. I’ve now cooked two of the three items from my recent purchase and couldn’t be happier.

So mildly gamey, wonderfully easy to prepare, sustainably sourced and delicious! I rubbed them with an herb blend, seared and sautéed them and finished them with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar reduction.

We love ordering from Four Star. So convenient and everything is really fresh. Lamb Chops were great.
