The scallops were top grade as usual but the container was shattered in transit. We had to carefully pick through the scallops to insure there were no plastic pieces. Also, some scallops were strewn in the carton outside their container. I will have to reconsider before ordering again.

Total weight accurate but wish you'd stick to same portion. The m ahi really different I weighed them and one was 7 oz and one was 5oz. Makes difficult when serving to guests

These scallops are consistently fine quality in taste and texture. Our household orders them in large quantities so that we can freeze them upon receipt and cook later. The scallops are large enough to skewer easily for the grill. Our local grocery store charges about 25% more for an inferior product.

I love all the shellfish from Four Star, but the scallops are a favorite. I just made them again for my first after Covid dinner party and everyone loved them. This time I marinated the scallops and shrimp in a little wine, olive oil and fresh herbs, then briefly pan roasted them and served them with fresh linguini in a home made puttanesca sauce. They were a hit. Thank Four Star, the quality and dependability of your products makes me also a star.
