These 100% salmon burgers (no fillers) are made in house by our fishmongers each morning on the day of your order. The most flavorful part of the salmon is scraped from the bone, which we then form by hand.
These are great served as a traditional salmon burger, or you can serve on a salad, or in between two Star Route Little Gem Lettuce leaves for a high-protein option!
Cook medium rare for the perfect burger. 8oz of burger meat total per container.
Cooking Instructions - Salmon burgers generally cook best when frozen for about 4 minutes on each side, and stick less when cooking if liberally coated on both sides with a light cooking oil. A non-stick cooking surface is also helpful. Approximately ½ teaspoon of oil brushed on each side of the burger works best for this purpose. Olive, Safflower, Canola, or Sunflower oil all work well to enhance surface browning while cooking, and produce little or no smoke at the suggested cooking temperatures.
