The tasty and tender salmon fillets can be “smoked” in a Traeger at 450 degrees for exactly 10 minutes. You’re seeing then next to fingerling potato also from FS done in the same Traeger but with salt and oil for 45 minutes.

Wow! We've been t some incredible sushi houses, but this is hands down the best salmon we've had- ever. It's buttery, melts into your mouth without merely disintegrating and tastes gorgeous over homemade sushi rice as nigiri. Also the thick cut makes it easier to remove the skin without fear of fileting my hand. A+ and a great value. We and now our neighbors are completely hooked.

Delicious and so simple to cook up for a healthy meal. I rinse the salmon, pat dry, place on parchment, add a pat of butter, salt, pepper, capers, dill weed, fresh squeeze of lemon, then wrap it up like a present. Bake on a sheet 375 degrees 20 min. Unwrap and serve with quinoa and sautéd spinach. Perfect!

We heat our Traeger smoker to 450 degrees. Put chopped garlic mixed w 1 tbs butter on each of the fillets, put them on parchment on a cookie tray and cook for exactly 10 minutes. Never fails!
