Four Star Holiday Delivery & Shipping Update

HOLIDAY ORDERING & DELIVERY: IMPORTANT UPDATES 

We want to ensure you have all the information you need for a seamless experience with us this holiday season

Here are our updated delivery and shipping policies, including special holiday hours for Christmas:

Encouraging a Festive Cart:

• Fill your cart to the brim with our savory meats, artisan cheeses, fresh produce, and chef-curated items to reach the $100 mark for free delivery.
• This threshold applies exclusively to our Bay Area home delivery zones.
• Order must meet $100+ threshold after all discounts are applied to qualify for free delivery in the Bay Area.
• You can use multiple gift cards per order placed and stack the codes within a single order. Simply continue entering each code at checkout until the balance is covered or you have a remaining balance to pay with your personal card. 

Free Local Delivery in the Bay Area:

• Once you've reached the $100 threshold, enjoy free delivery within our Bay Area home delivery zones.
• San Francisco Addresses: Order by 9 am on 12/23 for same-day delivery.
• Bay Area Outside SF: Order by 3 am on 12/23 for same-day delivery.

Shipping Outside Bay Area:

• Next Day Shipping in CA (outside Bay Area zones): $75.
• Nationwide Next Day Shipping (outside CA): $125.
• Ground Shipping Nationwide: $50, applicable only for dry shelf-stable pantry items.
  • Please note: The cutoff for ground shipping in time for Christmas has passed.
  • Next Day Shipping cutoff for Christmas: 12/21 - please note, the next day shipping cutoff for Christmas has passed.
  • New Year's cutoff times will be announced later this week.

Holiday Hours for Ordering, Pickups, and Customer Service:

• This Week M-F: Normal hours, 9 am - 4 pm.
• Saturday: 9 am - 3 pm.
• In-Person Pickups at 1315 Egbert Ave, SF: Order by 9 am on 12/23, ready by noon. Please pick up no earlier than 9 am and no later than 4 pm, 3 pm on Saturday.
