This delicious cultured butter from Vermont Creamery is great for baking, pan-searing and basting fish and meats, and in any situation where a good slathering of butter is called for.

The culturing gives this butter a natural taste of hazelnuts and buttermilk so is perfect for creating a lemon, caper and brown butter sauce to go with Dover or Petrale Sole and of course can be used just slathered on warm sourdough or bagels.
