A blend of goat and Jersey cow's milk and cream, this American Cheese Society Award winning cheese is decadent and deceptively rich.  With a delicate and crinkly rind and a unctuous and creamy paste, this smaller format of this cheese makes it perfect for your next cheese board and it pairs wonderfully with Sauvignon Blanc or a nice wheat-forward beer like hefeweizen.
