Less bitter than other winter greens and a bit milder in flavor than spinach, Swiss Chard is a nutritional powerhouse; its an excellent source of Vitamin K, A, and C as well as magnesium, potassium, iron, and fiber. We love to fold swiss chard into pasta fillings, soups, or simply sautéed with a little garlic and olive oil.
