Rosette de Lyon - lb


Traditional coarse ground dried salami from the Rhône-Alpes region of France. It has a hint of red wine along with clove and is traditionally served in "chunkier" slices.  When in the Bouchon's of Lyon, you are often served salami and crunchy fried pork rinds to start a meal.  We love to do the same.
