“00” Flour for Making Fresh Pasta   Lina Pasta Fresca 

Pasini 00 flour for making fresh pasta allows for short mixing times and maintains its natural yellow coloring for many days without turning grey (oxidizing). The pastry develops coarse, and, therefore, retains sauce better and withstands cooking and double cooking. It also mixes very well with semolina. This flour has been formulated to retain moisture to avoid breaking, especially when filled.
