Morsey's Buffalo Milk Burrata - ea

This super fresh and delicious Buffalo Milk Burrata come from Morsey's Creamery, just south of Sacramento.  It is super fresh, with a more creamy than cloudy interior.  It is really wonderful with some Casellas Proscuitto Speciale, which adds a lovely fatty and salty contrast to the creamy burrata, Giachi Primolio, Salt, and Pepper.
