Mac and cheese makes its debut alongside our chef-favorite Mancini Penne Pasta for our Thanksgiving menu this year. Also featuring some of our melty, customer favorite cheeses for a mix that kids and adults alike will gobble up so fast, you’ll wish you had more for leftovers.
This recipe includes our Fiscalini Old World Aged Cheddar Cheese, Stepladder Creamery LumberJack, and Central Coast Creamery Holey Cow — all locally made and insanely cheesey!

Ingredients (comes with):
- 1 package (17.8 oz) Mancini Penne Pasta
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 cup Panko (Asian) breadcrumbs
- milk / heavy cream
- 5 oz wedge of Fiscalini Old World Aged Cheddar Cheese
- 8 oz wedge of Stepladder Creamery LumberJack
- 6.5 oz wedge of Central Coast Creamery Holey Cow
- cooking instructions (provided electronically)
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- Also per your tastebuds: 1/2 teaspoon chili powder if you want some heat, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder if you want some added flavor for a kick
- 1/3 cup All purpose flour or Whole Wheat Flour
- Add a bit of EVOO to the cooking water to prevent sticking
