Jasper Hill Harbison - 9 oz
An american take on Vacherin Mont d'Or, this cheese has to be one of our favorite cheeses. Harbison is bound in spruce bark which imparts a woodsy earthiness to this wonderful cheese. Simply cut off the top "cap" and then dig into that super creamy, fudgy, unctuous goodness. Let it come to room temperature, or even pop it in a warm oven for a few minutes, before enjoying.
