While Gentile is best known for their top of the line pastas, they do grow a small number of fruits and vegetables on their estate every year. The Oranges used for this Marmalade are from the Sorrento Peninsula, and have a subtle and mellow flavor with lower acidity. Thin slices of zest give this marmalade a distinct tartness, and it is perfect on toast, alongside cheese, or as a part of a sauce or marinade for meat and fish.
