Cooking instructions - Shrimp burgers generally cook best when frozen for about 4 minutes on each side, and stick less when cooking if liberally coated on both sides with a light cooking oil. A non-stick cooking surface is also helpful. Approximately ½ teaspoon of oil brushed on each side of the burger works best for this purpose. Olive, Safflower, Canola, or Sunflower oil all work well to enhance surface browning while cooking, and produce little or no smoke at the suggested cooking temperatures.
