Korean Daikon Radish (Organic) - ea

Korean Daikon Radish are short and squat compared to their long and thin Japanese counterparts.  One of our owners, Adrian Hoffman, fondly recalls a delicious kimchi that was served to him using these daikon radish.  Making Kimchi is such an easy and fun project, especially when we carry delicious gochugaru pepper and iwashi barrel aged fish sauce, you'll never go back to store-bought kimchi again!  Each radish weighs roughly 2.5 lbs.
