Our pork is from local Northern California hogs, which are Berkshire/Duroc cross breeds that are pasture raised and finished on Walnuts. They had a very happy life!
Bake in a pre heated oven at 400F for about 30 minutes until golden. Internal temperature must be over 165F.

Created by Megan and Julie, two Brits living in the states (going on a serious hunt for the perfect authentic British pasty). They bemoaned the limited options for traditional British foods here on the west coast, and decided to open their own farmer's market stand in January 2021. Flash forward to today, and Ms Miggins British Bakeshop is now a Bay Area farmer's market staple, with more spots opening in at local stands in Oakland and San Jose. Their British recipes remain true to their origins by using quality ingredients, and not over sweetening baked goods.
