Boeuf Bourguignon (La Poste)


Savory classic French dish of beef cooked in red wine.  Served with a side of mashed potatoes.

Boil in bag for 12 minutes and serve... no dishwashing and no cleanup.  Prepared by Chef Rob Larman of Cochon Volant and formerly La Poste restaurant in Sonoma.
