Baby Leeks - 1 bunch


Easy to cook and they don't require as much cleaning as their full grown counterparts, Baby Leeks have a similar flavor to scallions or green onions, but are a little sweeter and more flavorful.  When cooked they become meltingly tender.  Try using them in a classic vichyssoise (leek and potato soup) or grill them and dress with a little Meyer lemon and walnuts for nice and light side dish.
