This small batch (700 liters at a time), premium, slow-fermented, oak-matured malt vinegar takes malt vinegar to another level. Made with the finest Maris Otter malt and Cornish spring water, Artisan Malt Vinegar is naturally fermented and aged for a year, then drawn straight from the barrel. AMV balances mellow acidity with rich and round malty flavors of caramel and dark chocolate followed by oak notes. Unpasteurized and unfiltered, with no added color and a minimum 4.5% acidity, this is a genuine malt vinegar in the tradition of Britain.
Its brilliant depth of flavor, adds complexity to marinades, chutneys, beans, soups–and of course, fish and chips!
