A traditional Lebanese garlic sauce, toum is similar to aioli. Anne's version is handcrafted in small batches using an authentic Beirut family recipe and premium California garlic. Use the toum as a dip, spread or marinade to add creamy garlic flavor with a hint of lemon to your favorite dishes.

High-oleic expeller-pressed sunflower oil, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt, citric acid.


An all purpose garlic condiment - a sauce, spread, dip, marinade and seasoning. While traditionally eaten only with chicken in Lebanon, the applications are in fact endless. Light, fluffy in texture, strong in flavor, Anne’s Toum can be added to any meal to make it wonderful.
