Called a "navel orange" because they contain a second, smaller fruit inside the 'navel' on the top off the fruit, these seedless citrus fruits are often considered the sweetest of the winter oranges (but why not try some up against our Valencia oranges to settle the debate!) Perfect for juicing, making a marmalade, slicing on top of yogurt with honey, cut into segments for a salsa of orange, red onion and fennel to go on top of grilled salmon, or included in any salad to add sweetness to tart greens like watercress or arugula. Because they are seedless, thin slices are also perfect on top of an Orange Honey cake.
