We simply adore this perfect burrata imported from Italy. From the region of Puglia (the heel of the boot), this is a shining example of what burrata should taste like. It is the perfect pairing along side of our seasonal stonefruit, tomatoes, proscuitto, or simply enjoyed by itself. Somewhat limited availability due to its perishable and imported nature.
