Pietisserie Pumpkin Pie (Choco Crust)

"Preheat your oven to 365° and place a sheet tray on the rack. It’s totally optional but I like to brush the pie with egg white before baking it. Put the pie on the hot baking sheet. Let it cook for an hour from thawed. (Longer if you cook from frozen.) Keep an eye on it till it looks like you really want to dig into it. Just don’t burn it and enjoy!" From Pietisserie

Warming: Rewarm in a preheated oven at 350˚ F for 5 to 10 minutes until temperature desired.

Storage: For room temperature pies that come in butter or chocolate crust they can sit on the counter for 24 hours in cool place away from heated appliances for you to enjoy. On the second day it would be smart to freeze to enjoy much later or refrigerate to continue to enjoy within 7 days.We highly recommend freezing our pies if you unsure when you are planning to consume. They thaw very nicely and can be brought back to room temperature or warmed in the oven.
